• 裝置及使用資料：IP 地址、裝置型號、操作系統版本及 App 內瀏覽紀錄，以改善應用程式效能及用戶體驗。 Device and Usage Data: IP address, device model, operating system version, and in-app browsing history to improve application performance and user experience.

我們收集的資料將用於以下用途： The information we collect will be used for the following purposes:

• 在取得您同意的情況下，向您發送相關的服務資訊及最新優惠。 To send you relevant service information and the latest promotional offers, subject to your explicit consent.

本應用程式支援用戶透過第三方平台（如 Sign in with Apple）建立及登入帳號。用戶有權隨時管理或刪除其帳號與個人資料。您可以直接在應用程式內的「個人中心」或「設定」中，點擊「刪除帳號 (Delete Account)」按鈕以啟動自主刪除流程。帳號一經確認刪除，您的個人登入憑證、綁定數據及相關歷史紀錄將會被系統永久抹除。

此外，您也可以隨時發送電郵至 info@harvestcare.space 提出資料刪除要求。我們將在核實您的身份後，於合理時間內處理並永久刪除相關數據（法律要求保留的數據除外）。

This application supports user account creation and login via third-party platforms (such as Sign in with Apple). Users have the right to manage or delete their accounts and personal data at any time. You can initiate the self-service account deletion process by tapping the "Delete Account" button directly within the app's "Profile" or "Settings" section. Once the deletion is confirmed, your personal login credentials, linked data, and related historical records will be permanently erased from our systems.

Alternatively, you may submit a data deletion request at any time by emailing us at info@harvestcare.space. Upon verifying your identity, we will process your request and permanently delete the relevant data within a reasonable timeframe (except for data required to be retained under applicable laws).

We share user-provided inquiry data and support requests with our third-party AI service provider, Jotform, strictly to facilitate automated interactive customer support and scheduling diagnostics. Jotform ensures strict data privacy and compliance measures that match or exceed our platform's security standards. Users are prompted for explicit consent within the app before any data transmission occurs.
